Password Resets

If your organisation is configured to use Single Sign On (SSO) you can’t change your Canary password directly. Instead, use your Google or Microsoft account that you login with and change it in their system.
You can change your password from the main sign in page at canary.kaweka.nz.
Click the Reset Password link and enter the email address that you use to sign in to Canary. If an account exists with that email address, you will receive a password recovery email shortly with a unique link.
The links in the password receovery emails are only valid for one hour to help keep them secure. They can only be used once.
After clicking on the link in the email, you will be taken to a web page asking for your new password.
Once you have entered your new password (twice to ensure there were no typos), you can then use it to sign in.
